my squeegee is pretty much reserved for acrylic slob jobs now; rarely does it come in contact with resin; I just buy the foamies by the 6-pack. Sadly, when building, I somehow go throgh more 6-packs of foamies than 6-packs of beer....gotta work on my plastic/liquid foamie ratio I suppose

thats for sure
ahh the cut laps bled and i stuffed up the cut
looks terrible
thats what happens when you do stuff you dont know how to do when your half asleep
i couldnt see the tape through the colour
and there was so much glass

yeah i got resin on my hands changing gloves
long story
it does happen now and then

epoxy washes off in water and gojo
no solvents
its pretty safe everyonce in a while
im more concerned about the cadmium and arsenic im breathing inat work
like my boss will ever do anything about it

hey benny i got the twill sitting there
i guess it would cost about  8 dollars for the carbon
and i didnt have any plywood and didnt want to use mdf
so balsa
i guess this time it was my time i wanted to save
it only took 20 minutes to foil those balsa ones
board is still very cheap
a set of fins woulda cost 40 slides anyway
so these will cost about 10
not bad

anway if anyones wondering why i only did one side
it was so i could fill the edges with microfiber

a really fun session the other day
was super fun until the "locals" turned up

first one is matti on a 7`2 he is 55 i think
first or second in the water everytime and this wave was a good 5 sec barrel that he made it out of
on his home made polystyrene/epoxy board

second one is me on my five finner compsand
