I have this system for building solid wood rails.  I'm new to this, so I'm not an "expert", but I've finished one board and begun two more, all with my solid wood rail system.  I don't know if my system is so easy its obvious, or if someone else has already thoroughly explained it, or if anyone cares???  LOL.

But I think it would work good for compsand boards, although I am currently a HWS builder, since I don't have a vacuum setup at present.

Hey Huck,

It's a nice method, similar to Hess. But there are far easier and quicker ways to build up rails using the compsand approach.

OK, so the other ways are better.  I don't know Hess.  I'm gonna attempt to build a hollow board, not exactly compsand, unless you consider air one of the layers LOL!  Here's what I have so far...
