Hey!
I'm not shure, but I think you should buy a pump that runs without oil. Bought a used Thomas vaccum pump on ebay. It has a maximum free flow oh about 150litres, which empties the bag pretty fast, and you can reach an absolute pressure of about 0.4bar. by using a vacuumclock and a vent you can easily set the vacuum. They go for about 50 bucks.
HopeI could help.
regards,
Sebastian

if you you are looking on ebay it's usually written somewhere in the description.

this one here for example:
http://cgi.ebay.com/3-5cfm-THOMAS-2650-VACUUM-AIR-PUMP-27-hg-CAPACITOR_W0QQitemZ160403059286QQcmdZViewItemQQptZBI_Pumps?hash=item2558c47256
It's pretty much the same pump I'm using. works great
