...NO, though there seems to be some doubters out there.

Just seen blanks not more than a couple of days old, and two finished boards. Very impressive. I can't wait to get my hands on one of these - but the wait will be worth it.

Hi Mark
I was in the UK for a whole month of flat spell. Got so caught up in family stuff, and then to france for a while, that I didn't get a chance to leave sussex anyway.

One of the Empire foam guys, Peter, lives near me in java (joy when I found out blanks were coming to town!) He's totally passionate about cdd and has a hundred other ideas of tech stuff that he wants to try out. I'm sure huie will be getting his hands on some more cdd soon, and maybe there will be a general release at some point in the future (? I'm hoping)

Weight seemed comparable to a PU board, but stringerless and the finished boards I felt (some of huie's early cdds i think) with veneer bottoms had the 'boing' factor when you wacked them and a really tight flex. Need to try one in the water really to see what the overall effect is, but very different from 1# compsands I'd say.

Also saw some innegra for the first time. Amazingly soft before glass, and really flexible.
