Hey everyone!

My latest compsand is nearly done. Pics will be posted, although it`s just anopther copy of the Lis template.
Going a little different way than on my last two i hab some problems. This time i put my rails on first before attaching the skins because i thougt it would be more waterproof in cas of damage. It worked just finde until i tried to glue on my corecell deck skin. After some time the vag bag must have pulled between skin and rail leaving spots where the skin didn't stick flush to the core but instead leaving some kind of "bubble". Fixing these wasn' too easy and i had to replace cut some of these out to glue in a piece of corecell and spackle afterwards.
Has anyone of you ever had this problem? Do you know a good way to prevent the bag from sucking "into "the blank?

And a second question: I intend to build my next board as followed:
1) Cut blank
2) glue on HD-foam rails
3) attach 2mm wooden deck skin
4) shape bottom contour
5) attach bottom skin

Do you see any problems going that route?

Best Regards,

Sebastian

Did you round off your rails before putting on the skin?

The one time I had this happen that was why.
