Who out there is using cloths other than your typical E and S glass? What are you using and do you care to share what you have found? I am primarily interested in stuff like Xynole or Dynel and directional bias cloths, not so much hemp and cotton.

Hi Kyle!

I know some of our members have tinkered with some alternate cloths, both synthetics and the natural stuff.

It's more a question of whether those members are still active!

hi kyle i have used dynel for boat repairs but cosmetically on a surfboard would not be my choice! unle we tupac the sucker with some pimped house of kolor metallics. carbon fiber i have used under skins and keen as to use kevlar this year
